Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for a Director of Technology and Implementation to join our team.

Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for the overall operations of the physician solutions division within the Healthcare Group. This individual will have responsibility for the planning of and execution of ambulatory deployment models in alignment with the Healthcare Groups overall strategic plan and organizational objectives. The Director will work directly with the SVPs of Technology, Sales, and Revenue Cycle Management to maximize opportunities with current and prospective clients to leverage the overall capabilities of the Healthcare Group. This position will have direct oversight and profit and loss accountability over the implementation division within the Healthcare Group.

Typical Duties:

Participating in direct-sales meetings as appropriate

Having overall responsibility to devise and manage successful deployment models

Fiscal responsibility and quality assurance for the divisions resources

Strategic planning responsibility for the division

Oversight of position descriptions and employment decisions

Profit and loss responsibility

Ensuring that the divisions engagements are successful through deployments that are on-time and within budget

Identifying areas for potential growth and strategic alignment

Growing the divisions capabilities as the Healthcare Group evolves

Approval of all deployment contracts and implementations

Working knowledge of MS PC applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access)

Basic knowledge of physician office workflow

Strong oral and written communication skills

Strong organization and time management skills

Ability to establish priorities effectively

Dependable in both production and attendance

Must have 5 plus years of experience in electronic healthcare technology

Must have experience and understanding of large physician practice environments

Minimum Educational Requirements:

Minimum 4 year degree
