Position Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receptionist, Customer Service and Client Greeter
Incoming and outgoing mail (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.)
Staff Support and Correspondence
Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Payroll and payroll taxes (under supervision of accountant)
Database entry and maintenance
Troubleshoot technical issues: such as computers, phones, copiers, faxes, etc.
Office Supplies
Preparation of monthly board reports for the Executive Director
Maintain client files, records and storage
Scheduling conference rooms and setting up for meetings and trainings
Copier projects and maintaining the forms drawers
Updating documents, manuals and forms as needed
Organization of lobby, client meeting and conference rooms
Assist Fundraising Coordinator with special projects/mailings, etc.
Miscellaneous additional duties as needed or requested
QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum of 3 years experience in customer service
General accounting knowledge
Extensive knowledge of computer programs: Access, QuickBooks, Word, Excel
High School diploma
Excellent communication skills
