Position Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Receptionist, Customer Service and Client Greeter
  2. Incoming and outgoing mail (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.)
  3. Staff Support and Correspondence
  4. Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
  5. Payroll and payroll taxes (under supervision of accountant)
  6. Database entry and maintenance
  7. Troubleshoot technical issues: such as computers, phones, copiers, faxes, etc.
  8. Office Supplies
  9. Preparation of monthly board reports for the Executive Director
  10. Maintain client files, records and storage
  11. Scheduling conference rooms and setting up for meetings and trainings
  12. Copier projects and maintaining the forms drawers
  13. Updating documents, manuals and forms as needed
  14. Organization of lobby, client meeting and conference rooms
  15. Assist Fundraising Coordinator with special projects/mailings, etc.
  16. Miscellaneous additional duties as needed or requested

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. A minimum of 3 years experience in customer service
  2. General accounting knowledge
  3. Extensive knowledge of computer programs: Access, QuickBooks, Word, Excel
  4. High School diploma
  5. Excellent communication skills
