The Bosselman Family of Companies has an opening for a Manager at our Pump & Pantry located in Chadron, Nebraska. Ideal candidate will oversee the total operation of the assigned Pump & Pantry.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

• Handle all problems dealing with customers, personnel, or mechanical
• Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the store meets company standards and is in proper working order, inside and out
• Ensure all items are properly ordered & stocked to inventory levels and priced correctly
• Implement and follow-up of company training procedures
• Make sure all personnel are supervised and trained thoroughly
• Make sure all shifts are covered
• Implement and enforce all company policies and procedures
• Hire, discipline, and terminate personnel with the involvement of the HR Dept.
• Oversee all expenses and profits for the entire facility and maintain budget goals by understanding monthly budgets and P&L statements
• Report all maintenance, customer, and personnel problems to upper management regularly
• Ensure all paperwork is complete, correct, and turned in on time
• Make certain customer needs are met and implement the company’s policy on customer service
• Supervise cash control and bank deposits
• Responsible for the total operation of the assigned Pump & Pantry

Candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, create a team environment, and work efficiently with the ability to handle multiple tasks with good judgment. Candidate must be able to be on their feet for up to 10 hours at a time, must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and must be able to supervise 5 or more employees. Management training or equivalent a must. Must work a minimum of 40 hours per week, anytime day or night as needed. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
