Position Description

Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments of youths incorporating intellectual, neuropsychological, and personality components directed toward determination of diagnosis with appropriate course for treatment. Treatment course supported by observation, review of historical and current psychological evaluations and assessment results and leadership of treatment planning. Serve as consultant for direct care staff and provide leadership in treatment program. Provide training, formal and informal, for direct care staff in treatment program components. Provide after hours emergency psychology care for youths in crisis. Provide supervision of treatment staff including LMHP, CADAC, Youth Counselors, and support staff.

REQUIREMENTS: Doctorate in psychology and current Nebraska clinical certification/license required. Excellent communication skills; ability to provide leadership to professional and direct care staff and prior work/professional experience with delinquent youths. Previous evidenced based programming experience in a juvenile correctional setting preferred.
