To direct the implementation of a high quality graduate nursing program by directing and coordinating program aspects to include classroom didactic education, overseeing student and academic policies and by assuring adequate resources for the program. Bachelor's degree in nursing required, Master's degree in nursing required, earned doctoral degree from a regionally accredited institution required. Minimum of three years experience in a clinical registered nurse position required. Minimum of three to five years experience in higher education administration required. Minimum of three to five years experience teaching in higher education environment required. Licensure in required discipline in the State of Nebraska or compact state, required. Excellent interpersonal skills, service orientation required.
