Immanuel Communities is seeking a Part Time Weekends Lead LPN to work at Lakeside located at 17475 Frances Street, Omaha, NE 68130. Lakeside has been voted Best of Omaha in the senior living category for 15 years. It has 89 independent, 49 assisted living and 12 memory support apartment homes along with 18 lofts.

Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

Job Duties & Skills Required:

What You Will Do

The role of the Lead LPN is to support the AL Manager/AL Supervisor in implementing Immanuels goals of providing the best possible care for its Assisted Living residents. The primary responsibilities of this job includes presenting training and guidance to the Medication Aides, ensuring physicians orders and pharmacy orders are clear and accurate, and providing resident needs as indicated. Monitors health care tracking systems and audits performed in the department.

Skills & Requirements

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (L.P.N.) license in the respective state in which he/she is employed is mandatory.

Two (2) years experience in an assisted living or skilled care community is required.

Equivalent years of education may substitute for experience requirement.
