Project Harmony's Training Institute is nationally recognized for providing ttrauma-informed, high-impact education to over 20,000 professionals annually across multiple states and countries on topics including child abuse response, human trafficking, and domestic violence.

We are seeking an experienced and committed Family Advocate to join our dynamic and innovative organization. Reporting to the Chief Communications Officer, the Director of Training and Education leads the strategic vision and daily operations of Project Harmony’s Training Institute. The Director will be overseeing a dynamic team of learning professionals who support both internal employees and external community partners. This includes – but is not limited to – the development and delivery of in-person, asynchronous, and online training, as well as oversight of the learning management system and e-learning platform. This individual ensures that all learning opportunities are grounded in adult learning principles, aligned with best practices in instructional design and technology. The Director will collaborate with and be responsive to the evolving needs of multidisciplinary professionals, such as law enforcement, county attorneys, the Child Protective Services hotline, etc.
