SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF WORK
The Grant Project Manager oversees the full life cycle of grants and program service contracts, ensuring thorough vetting, compliance, and effective post-award management. This role requires strong collaboration with program staff, the grants team, compliance, and agency leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals and funding requirements. The Grant Manager also builds and maintains productive relationships with community partners to support successful program outcomes and future funding opportunities.
Compensation: between $58,000 to $74,000 annual salary (based on total years of relevant experience)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum four years’ grant and/or contract management experience.
- Working proficiency of digital platforms used for project management.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Word, knowledge and understanding of other Microsoft Office software and platforms.
- Valid Driver’s License/acceptable driving record.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- *Develops, improves and manages processes and systems related to opportunity vetting, collaboration, and post-award grant management, and documentation of systems and processes through the grant life cycle.
- *In close collaboration with Programs, Fiscal Department, Compliance Team, and Grants Team members, monitors funding requirements of grants and contracts for reporting and evaluation, assures compliance requirements for newly awarded funding agreements are documented, tracked, and assigned.
- *Monitors and Analyzes grants and contracts on an ongoing basis to ensure agency programs are compliant with stated specifications and requirements and that program and fiscal reporting is completed on time. Assists with compliance reviews and follow-up as needed.
- *Effectively improves, maintains, and utilizes the grant and contract management databases and systems.
- *Assists with oversight of vetting process for grant opportunities.
- *In collaboration with the Fiscal Department and Programs, participates in meetings or processes to assure the agency tracks and monitors grant/contract expenditures, and that funding organizations receive accurate and timely draws, invoices, or claims for program expenditures at required intervals. Completes budget modifications or other requirements as assigned.
- *Works with agency Data Team and Quality Improvement Team to gather accurate information for reports.
- *Is dependable and punctual regarding scheduling and attendance.
- *Supports a Trauma-Informed Care environment.
- Abides by all specific program and Agency procedures, policies, and requirements.
- Cooperates and collaborates with program staff, volunteers, and other Agency staff.
- Displays a courteous and caring attitude at all times to the clientele, volunteers, and visitors to the Agency.
- *Creates, maintains, and shares as appropriate a dynamic self-care plan.
- *Strives to make connections between the agency and the larger community whenever possible to contribute to the agency’s ongoing fundraising and friend-raising efforts.
- *Essential functions of this job to be performed on company physical work site unless otherwise agreed and documented.
- Performs other program related duties as assigned.
- *Create, maintain and share as appropriate a dynamic self-care plan.
