About this Opportunity:
As a Client Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for onboarding and ongoing support of the client's personalized Summit experience. The ideal candidate should be able to understand and translate a clients business need to a corresponding user view/experience within the platform. The candidate will work closely with the product and development teams to ensure successful implementation of any unique client projects. As we continue to evolve and live our Orion values, we are looking for someone to grow with us.
For External Candidates:
Candidates must work in-office at one of the following locations for at least 3 days per week: Jacksonville, FL.
For Internal Candidates:

In this role, youll get to:
Effectively understand a clients business model, client base, current technology components, growth strategy and desired user experience
Translate business needs into an implementable user experience using the know your client function
Work with internal product, operations, onboarding, and development teams to ensure all data connectivity and visualizations meet client needs
Use industry and product specific knowledge to provide the client with a consultative experience to set proper expectations for creating their vision for the personalized experience
Identify any additional opportunities for Orion to help the client with any other products or services
Were looking for talent who:
Understands the clients' full data model including integrations, APIs, database configurations, workflows, and automations
Has familiarity with front end UX design features including responsive design, user journey mapping, prototyping and usability testing
Has ability to effectively utilize user-centric design thinking to identify, troubleshoot and overcome any challenges that need to be addressed proactively to ensure the platform meets their needs and accomplishes business goals
Effectively manages multiple projects simultaneously
Successfully gathers full requirements, manages client expectations, communicates effectively and has strong organizational skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Has a minimum of a bachelors degree
Has a minimum of 7 years of experience
Obtains Orion Industry Certification
Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and works effectively with people at all levels in an organization

Salary Range:
$72,860.00 - $110,014.00The pay listed in this posting indicates the estimated pay at the time of this posting; however, may vary depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
