We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our team in Bennington, NE. The ideal candidate will have experience working with all ages from infants to preschoolers.

Responsibilities include: 

• Creating engaging lesson plans
• Implementing curriculum
• Fostering a safe and nurturing environment, and collaborating with colleagues and parents to support each child's growth and development

Must meet ONE of the following requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED and at least one year working in a childcare facility - minimun
• Have a Child Development Associate Credential (CDA) - preferred
• Bachelor's Degree or an Associate's Degree - preferred

Must pass a criminal background check and have current fingerprints by the NSP.

Willing to embrace a culture that embodies the TLG mission of providing children a safe and happy place where they are free to exercise their imaginations with friends while learning important life and academic skills. Must have the ability to understand and respond to children's needs. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and willing to learn our curriculum.  Must be kind and have sound character.
