In-Person | NJ Licensed | Pediatric & Adolescent Caseload

FTC Kids is actively looking for a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our close-knit team and take on a full caseload right away. If you’re passionate about helping children move, grow, and thrive — we’d love to meet you.

We’re a dynamic, play-based pediatric therapy practice rooted in collaboration, compassion, and care. While pediatric experience is preferred, we’re happy to consider candidates with strong adolescent experience as well.

What we’re looking for:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey (required)

• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience

• Pediatric experience preferred; adolescent backgrounds welcome

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Organized, compassionate, and eager to be part of a collaborative team

• U.S. work eligibility and English proficiency

What you'll be doing:

• Deliver personalized, engaging PT services to children with a wide range of diagnoses (e.g., autism, Down syndrome, dyspraxia, genetic conditions)

• Collaborate closely with OTs, SLPs, and behavioral therapists to support whole-child care

• Use play-based, strengths-driven techniques to boost mobility, coordination, and confidence

• Communicate consistently with caregivers and contribute to home exercise plans

• Maintain clear and timely documentation
