At Live On Nebraska, we don’t just onboard employees—we inspire changemakers. Our mission is to save and heal lives through organ and tissue donation, and we’re looking for someone who shares that passion to help us welcome new team members in a way that’s engaging, impactful, and unforgettable. As an Onboarding Partner, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the first experience new hires have with our organization, setting the stage for their long-term success and empowering them to make a difference from day one.

If you’re excited about creating dynamic onboarding programs, delivering presentations that captivate, and supporting new hires every step of the way, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Design the Ultimate Onboarding Experience: Partner with leaders to craft onboarding programs that excite and energize new employees, ensuring alignment with our mission, culture, and goals.
  • Lead Inspiring Orientations: Be the face of Live On Nebraska for new hires, leading interactive and engaging orientations—both in-person and virtually—that highlight our values and vision.
  • Champion Training Excellence: Coordinate and lead training sessions tailored for different teams and departments, ensuring content is impactful and memorable.
  • Support New Hires Every Step: Serve as the go-to resource for new employees during their onboarding journey, providing guidance, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Create Engaging Content: Develop multimedia presentations and materials that connect with a variety of learning styles, ensuring all employees feel informed and supported.
  • Leverage Technology: Manage onboarding tools like Learning Management Systems (LMS) to streamline processes, track progress, and continuously improve the experience.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Collect feedback, analyze data, and refine onboarding processes to keep things fresh, efficient, and impactful.
  • Ensure Compliance: Keep onboarding materials current and compliant with legal requirements, ensuring we always deliver a best-in-class experience.

What You Bring:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (required), plus at least 2 years of experience in public speaking, training delivery, or a similar role.
  • A passion for creating engaging, high-energy learning environments.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments where flexibility and quick adaptation are key.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other onboarding platforms.
  • A valid driver’s license and personal auto insurance.

Skills That Set You Apart:

  • Presentation & Public Speaking Mastery: You thrive on engaging diverse audiences and delivering clear, impactful presentations.
  • Communication Expertise: Your written and verbal communication skills are second to none, making it easy for new hires to feel welcomed and informed.
  • Organization Whiz: You excel at juggling multiple tasks and deadlines without missing a beat.
  • Tech-Savvy: You’re proficient in using LMS, virtual meeting platforms, and multimedia tools to create a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Empathy & Collaboration: You’re a supportive partner who genuinely cares about making new hires feel confident and empowered.
