Stocker - Main Street Market, Scottsbluff

Main Street Market in Scottsbluff is currently seeking a FULL TIME STOCKER to join our Legacy team.  As a full-time employee, you are eligible for our excellent benefits package including paid time off, paid holidays, 401k, a pension plan, affordable healtcare, dental and vision benefits to name a few!  

As a Stocker, you will be responsible for ensuring the shelves are fully stocked with merchandise, maintaining inventory levels, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for assisting with food sales and ensuring that all products are properly displayed and priced.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload merchandise from delivery trucks
- Stock shelves and rotate products to ensure freshness
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with inventory control
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Ensure all products are properly displayed and priced
- Assist with food sales and maintain cleanliness in the food section
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service and retail sales preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of inventory control and product is preferred
