Immanuel Communities is seeking a Full Time Days Maintenance Assistant II to work at Lakeside located at 17475 Frances Street, Omaha, NE 68130. Lakeside has been voted Best of Omaha in the senior living category for 15 years. It has 89 independent, 49 assisted living and 12 memory support apartment homes along with 18 lofts.

Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

What You Will Do

The overall purpose of this job is to complete interior and exterior carpentry work and maintain utilities for the facility. The responsibilities of this job include maintaining HVAC, heat pumps, furnaces, plumbing, and electrical functionality, record keeping, hanging dry wall, and clearing snow from walkways.

Skills & Requirements

High School Diploma/GED is required.

HVAC Trade or Vocational Schooling is preferred.

Two (2) years of facilities maintenance experience is required.

Equivalent years of education may substitute for experience requirement.
