Product Manager – Third Party Integrations

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Product Manager to drive the growth and success of our integrated B2B third party products, which serve as extensions to our ERP offerings tailored for the building materials industry. This leadership role demands extensive expertise in integrations, vendor relationship management, and business management. The ideal candidate will own the vision and strategic direction of our integrated third party products, steering their journey from conception to market leadership. Key responsibilities include managing the product’s P&L, developing a robust product roadmap, building market awareness, increasing customer and user adoption, driving revenue growth, and enhancing market competitiveness. In this role, you will create and execute a compelling product vision, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure all initiatives align with and propel our overarching business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  1. Lead the development and execution of a product strategy for integrated third party products aligned with business goals and market demands.
  2. Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and analyze competitive landscapes to inform product decisions.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts.
  4. Drive marketing and promotional efforts to increase product awareness, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
  5. Develop a strategic product roadmap that outlines key milestones and features, prioritized on customer value and business goals.
  6. Develop and track KPIs that reflect the performance and impact of the integrated third party products, such as user engagement, retention, customer satisfaction, and market share.
  7. Take ownership of the product's financial performance, including budgets, revenue growth, forecasting, and profitability.
  8. Continuously assess product performance and market dynamics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  9. Cultivate and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with third party vendors to ensure long-term partnership success.
  10. Foster collaboration and alignment across departments to ensure seamless execution of product and business strategies.
  11. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market plans, pricing strategies, and sales enablement materials.
  12. Prepare and present regular updates to stakeholders on strategy, roadmaps, and product performance.
  13. Collaborate with product owners, engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to execute roadmaps and design solutions.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
An entrepreneurial mindset, with a proven track record of delivering successful products and driving business growth.
Experience in integrating third party applications, with B2B and ERP integration experience preferred.
Experience in managing relationships with third party vendors.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams towards common goals.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans and strategies.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, related field, or equivalent work experience.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Normal office environment with use of computers and telephone systems; no unusual physical demands.
Travel as needed, including business air travel and car rental.
