P-T Food Service Worker- Evenings & Weekends

Responsible for general duties in the food service department including but not limited to:

• Font of house duties
• Back of house duties
• Dish room duties
• Cleanliness
• Sanitation 
• Customer service

• Follow the guidelines, polices, and procedures set down by the Food Service Department 
• Responsible for superior customer service practices
• Responsible for following the safety, sanitation, and cleaning procedures set down by the Food Service Department
• Responsible for stocking the front of house for the next day (i.e. clean dishes, refill condiments, re-stock sandwich bar, etc.) 
• Assist in catered events if assigned 
• Assist in front of house duties, when assigned
• Assist in back of house duties, when assigned
• Responsible for washing dishes, equipment, small wares, etc., when assigned
• Responsible for closing procedures when working an evening shift 
• Responsible for opening procedures when working a morning shift 
• Responsible for weekend hours when scheduled by management 
• Responsible for following dress code and appearance requirements set down by the Food Service Department
• Regular, prompt and reliable attendance

• High school diploma or GED
• Enthusiastic and dedicated to the challenges of helping other people
• Ability to function collaboratively as part of a fast-paced, customer oriented team
• Professional in communications, appearance, relationships, and responsiveness
• Positive attitude
• Ability to pass a background check

• Heavy work- able to lift 30-50 lbs.
• Sit or stand for extended periods of time and use hands.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
