The Manager of the Innovation Design Unit Program manages multiple projects, and sometimes multiple programs ensuring deliverables are achieved. Strategizes implements and maintains program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives. Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement. Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance. Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached. Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity. Serve as a consultant and advisor to leadership and staff in the application of quality/operational improvement tools and methods. Mentor Business Analysts, IT Project Managers, and Sr IT Project Managers to facilitate their career progression. The IT Program Manager is the primary point of contact for a given program.

Required Qualifications: Bridge Innovation Program Manager

• Minimum of five years progressive work experience to include a demonstrated ability to achieve outcomes which may include managing multiple projects/programs, business process analysis, or process improvement projects required.
• High school education or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, engineering, finance, or related field required.

Preferred Qualifications: Bridge Innovation Program Manager

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) preferred.
• Knowledge and application of DMAIC and Lean principles preferred.
• Green Belt or Black Belt Training and/or certification and/or PROSCI Change Management certification preferred.
