About the Role

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for a Restructuring Advisory role. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning all the modeling and due diligence, as well as supervising Analysts. The role involves significant deal experience and the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including large-cap and middle-market companies, lenders, and ad hoc creditor groups. The Associate Vice President will be expected to QB a deal process and will often be working directly with Managing Directors. Applicants for this position should have 3-7 years' of experience in restructuring advisory or consulting. The role requires a professional with a strong background in financial analysis, modeling, and a deep understanding of the restructuring process. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing and leading a team, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. A proactive and strategic approach to problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships are essential for this role.
