About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Tenant Representation Brokerage team. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic, team-based environment and must have a strong desire for success in sales, particularly with new prospects. This role involves handling complex conversations with a range of clients, from local companies to global corporations, and requires a working knowledge of major vertical industries. The Vice President will be responsible for executing new business development, growing client relationships, and supporting the client transaction process. This includes tasks such as cold calling, attending client meetings, conducting property tours, and providing clients with industry and market-specific information. The role also demands proficiency in market research, data analysis, and the ability to work with sophisticated financial models. Applicants for the Vice President position should have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in commercial real estate brokerage, with a proven track record in high-level sales production. A State Real Estate License is required, and a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong computer orientation, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and possess excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills. Project management capabilities, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and a proactive, adaptable approach to a fast-paced work environment are essential. The company values a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment, and the candidate should have a positive, professional attitude.
