About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Business Development to drive sales and build strategic relationships in the Pharma, Biotech, and Government sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling the company's diverse portfolio of AI and digital services, including AI software, wet-lab screening services, and patient data management, without mentioning specific product names. This role requires a high degree of decision-making and accountability, with a focus on generating revenue through various sales models. The VP will also be tasked with leading the US sales team, so experience in building and managing a team is essential. Candidates for the VP of Business Development role at the company should have a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD, preferably in a scientific or medical field, combined with a business, marketing, or communications degree, or equivalent experience. A strong network in the Pharma and Biotech industry, 7-10 years of relevant experience, and excellent presentation and listening skills are also required. Experience in tech, software engineering, or AI is a plus. The ideal candidate will be a team player, with the ability to collaborate with global commercial, marketing, and product development teams. Proficiency in English is a must, and experience in the US market is preferred.
