About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Growth to play a pivotal role in its mission to provide accessible and inclusive mental health care to children and adolescents. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading both enterprise and clinical sales, with a focus on driving revenue growth and meeting the needs of underserved youth. This role demands a passionate advocate for the cause, with a proven track record in clinical and enterprise sales, particularly within the healthcare, Medicaid, and payor systems. The VP of Growth will be instrumental in shaping the company's go-to-market strategy, establishing key metrics for success, and working closely with the finance team for accurate forecasting and strategic planning. They will also be expected to lead the sales and marketing teams, mentor a high-performing group, and ensure that the company's mission is at the forefront of all activities. Candidates for the VP of Growth position at the company should have a strong background in SaaS or tech-enabled services marketing, be adept at articulating value propositions, and champion customer insights for product improvement. The role requires a leader who can work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, develop and execute GTM strategies, and foster a culture of accountability and high standards. The ideal candidate will be known for their resilience, persistence, and ability to thrive in high-growth environments, and will be dedicated to driving the organization towards shared success. A deep commitment to the mission of providing life-changing mental health support to young people is essential, as is the ability to connect daily work to the broader impact on patient care.
