About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of People to join their executive team and play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the organization's people strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving HR initiatives, talent acquisition strategies, and culture development to ensure the attraction, development, and retention of top talent in a positive and productive work environment. This senior leadership position involves direct management of the core pillars of the People Team, including HR, talent acquisition, and culture, and requires close collaboration with the entire leadership team to align people strategy with the organization's goals. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of People include planning and implementing policies and processes to support employee engagement, HR compliance, and strategy needs. The role also involves overseeing various HR programs, conducting organizational trend analysis, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading HR, talent acquisition, and culture initiatives, extensive knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices, and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with senior leaders, employees, and external partners. A Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 10 years of progressive HR management experience, and a preference for SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification are required.
