The Company is seeking a Vice President of Business Development with a focus on Enterprise Technology Solutions. The successful candidate will be tasked with driving revenue growth in specialized areas including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Business Intelligence (BI), and Electronic Medical Records (EMR). This role requires a strategic, research-driven approach to identify and pursue business opportunities within the designated geographic area. The VP will be the primary channel for business development in these areas, reinforcing the company's strategy and messages, and working closely with the technical talent solutions staff to qualify leads and conduct client meetings. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of ERP solutions, excellent business development, recruiting, negotiation, and communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals. Applicants for the Vice President of Business Development role at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a top-performing individual in the field, with a history of generating and exceeding business development and revenue targets. The role demands the ability to lead opportunity pursuit campaigns, shape and close deals with significant values, and may require up to 50% travel. The candidate must be adept at having meaningful conversations with senior-level executives and be capable of self-generating leads through various means.
