Confidential: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Opportunity We are a NASDAQ-listed and publicly traded data center and digital assets company seeking an experienced CFO to join our executive team. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of a dynamic company at the forefront of an exciting industry. Position Overview As CFO, you will lead and oversee the planning, implementation, managing, and running of all financial and accounting activities of the company. You will be responsible for developing financial and accounting strategy, forecasting, FP&A, accounting, corporate and other public filings with the SEC including 10-K and 10-Qs, treasury management, tax strategy, and monitoring SOX, compliance and control systems for the overall company. Key Responsibilities • Provide leadership, direction, and management of the finance and accounting team • Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and oversee the preparation of all financial reporting • Drive discussions on investment of company funds and oversee capital structure and optimal financing options • Drive timely completion of 10-K, 10-Q, and other corporate filings; liaise with auditors, tax advisors and other experts as needed • Manage account receivables, payments, balance sheet, P&L, vendor selection and management, procurement processes, property and casualty insurance, etc. • Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, NASDAQ listing requirements, and maintain strong internal controls Qualifications • Proven experience as a CFO, previously public company experience with NASDAQ or NYSE listed company strongly preferred • 10-15 years broad finance experience, with expertise in Accounting, FP&A, Accounting, Audit, Corporate Finance, SOX/Internal Controls, and/or Tax experience • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA preferred • Strong understanding of SEC regulations and NASDAQ listing requirements • NetSuite experience preferred • Experience in the technology or data center sector is preferred • Excellent analytical and financial skills • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment Position details • Full Time Exempt role • Remote-first work environment with in-person meetings as needed • Candidate must be physically based in the continental United States • Candidate must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident Compensation This role will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus and equity grant awards.
