About the Role

The Company is seeking a Board Advisor Member to play a pivotal role in digital transformation within the pet supply industry. This part-time, strategic position is not focused on sales but rather on bringing a visionary leader with a strong background in e-commerce, particularly in the pet supply sector, to work closely with the CEO and Private Equity partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding long-term revenue strategies, driving digital transformation initiatives, and providing high-level mentorship to the CEO. In addition, the role involves participating in in-person board meetings and collaborating closely with PE partners to modernize operations, improve efficiencies, and identify new revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate for this role at the company will have a background at the SVP, EVP, or C-level, with expertise in veterinary marketing, pet supplies, and digital marketing. Key responsibilities include offering strategic advice, leveraging industry knowledge to unlock growth potential, and ensuring the company remains a leader in the digital space. The role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in e-commerce initiatives, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
