About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Senior Vice President to lead its financial strategy and operations. The CFO will be a key partner to the CEO and other senior management, driving improvements in bottom-line performance, working capital, and enhancing shareholder value. This role is pivotal in providing financial insights to support the formulation and execution of enterprise strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning and analysis, corporate development, tax and treasury, accounting, budgeting, and the administration of financial policies. Specific duties include leading the finance team, building its capabilities, and ensuring the department is a data-driven challenger, continually benchmarking against best-in-class performance. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 - 15 years' experience as a CFO for a company with a revenue of over $1 billion, preferably in a retail environment. The role requires a leader with a strong executive presence, excellent communication skills, and a humble, hands-on approach with a service mentality. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, with a proven track record in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and will have a BS/bachelor's and MBA degrees. Responsibilities also include leading financial reporting, treasury, control systems, and all tax accounting and strategies, as well as overseeing financing activities and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The CFO will be expected to continually seek innovative approaches to enhance profit margins, reduce expenses, and improve overall return on invested capital.
