About the Role

The Company is in need of an Interim CFO to take on a pivotal role in leading and driving the finance and accounting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and streamlining various financial processes, including billing, collections, and time and expense, to enhance efficiency and reduce backlog. This role also involves the implementation and integration of business systems, with a focus on ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports. The Interim CFO will be tasked with establishing and enforcing internal business controls, leading the budgeting process, conducting cash flow analysis, and optimizing costs to support the company's financial stability and growth. Applicants for the Interim CFO position at the company must have a proven track record in the private equity industry and previous experience in a CFO or similar high-level financial role. Proficiency in business systems and CRM, extensive knowledge of accounting functions and auditing, and expertise in budget processes and capital management are essential. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in cash flow analysis, experience in Sage Intacct, and a demonstrated ability to control and report expenses efficiently. The ideal candidate will also have the ability to automate processes, knowledge of business process re-engineering, and a proven history of driving business process improvement initiatives. The Interim CFO will be expected to foster a detail-oriented, high-integrity environment within the finance and accounting team, and to coordinate with the executive leadership team to align financial goals and strategies.
