Lead Full Stack Software Engineer (Python, JavaScript)

What You'll Do:

• Work alongside Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support robust technical solutions across the full stack.
• Stay ahead of tech trends, learn new technologies, and actively participate in the engineering community while mentoring fellow engineers.
• Collaborate closely with digital product managers to deliver powerful cloud-based solutions that empower millions of Americans financially.
• Utilize programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, and Go, while working with RDBMS and NoSQL databases, and managing container orchestration with tools like Docker and Kubernetes, alongside various AWS services.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in software engineering (internship experience not included).

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with JavaScript, Python, or React.
• 1+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service.
• 3+ years of experience using open source frameworks.
• 2+ years of experience with Agile methodologies.
