• Salary ranges from $25,709 to $80,000, depending on experience, hours worked per week, and contingent on funding.
• Training in personal fundraising is provided to build a support team for salary, benefits, ministry expenses, and prayer needs.

Dallas is a key location for international student ministry, with 12,000 international students in the city and over 20,000 in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex. This position is part of the Dallas ministry team and requires living near the university campus where you will serve.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building relationships with university staff, church partners, and volunteers.
• Leading ministry efforts on campus and mobilizing others to host Bible studies and cultural events.
• Establishing IFI as a recognized student organization and maintaining strong campus relationships.

• Securing financial and prayer support for ministry efforts.

The ideal candidate will:

• Adhere to IFI's statement of faith, core values, and policies.
• Exhibit strong character and a commitment to extending God's love globally.

• Equip volunteers to communicate God's love across cultures effectively.

• Proven experience in ministry, training, and mobilization is required.
• Cross-cultural experience is preferred.
• A college degree is preferred.
