Must have active state license

Must have a minimum of 1 year post residency experience and an active unrestricted DEA
Will see acute care patients such as backpain, headache, bronchitis, UTI, sprains, fever, influenza
Must be AOA or ABMS - ABEM, ABFM, ABIM, ABP board certified
Credentialing needed
DEA needed
