Command and Control Engineer- TS/SCI with Security Clearance

All qualified resumes responded to in 24hrs Applicants must have an active Top Secret clearance with Sci eligibility This position is open at multiple levels Mid /SR / SME Requirement: on-site with possible telework Provide subject-matter expertise to rapidly explore and prototype multi-domain command and control (C2) capabilities to synchronize data sharing and decision making for joint warfighting. Deliver technical assessments and analysis to provide recommended innovative approaches, technologies, and capabilities to close critical joint warfighting capability gaps. Provide technical expertise to inform mission engineering studies, prototype development, experimentation, and global integrated wargaming. Provide technical analysis and advice to help inform capability requirements development and validation through the JCIDS process. Collaborate with Service, Joint Staff, and OSD stakeholders to support the transition of technologies from prototypes and joint experimentation activities to Service programs of record. Prepare and deliver reports and briefings for senior DoD leadership and Congress At least 10 years of relevant technical work experience. Experience planning and executing complex systems analysis efforts for the DoD and/or IC. Experiencing conducting systems engineering tasks related to connecting sensors across Services to weapons platform and shooters. Experience conducting assessments of threat kill chains and kill webs to analyze mission threads, develop system models, and conduct engineering trade studies. Desired Experience: Self-starter, able to take initiative and operate independently. Ability to develop high-quality, professional briefings and written reports to succinctly capture technical concepts for senior DoD leadership and Congress. Familiarity with current Combined Joint All Domain Command and Control (CJADC2) and Joint Fires Network (JFN) efforts within the DoD. Education Requirement: Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or a related technical field
