• This position requires travel to patients in their home when necessary
• Schedule is Monday through Friday
• Spanish speaking required due to patient population
• Company car, cell, and credit care provided
• Provides comprehensive clinical primary patient care through interviewing, examining and establishing treating plan for patients to meet their health and wellness needs.
