Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed Base Salary: $240,000
• Bonus Compensation: RVU Production + Quality Bonus Incentives
• Call Compensation: $48,000 per year
• Sign-On Bonus: $30,000
• Student Loan Repayment: $100,000

Qualifications

• Degree: MD/DO
• Certification: BE or BC in Pediatrics
• Licensure: Active Louisiana License (or ability to obtain one)
• Experience: Welcoming both experienced candidates and new grads
• Sponsorship: H1b and J1 visa sponsorship available
