This customer service / loaner rep will work with several departments within the dealership to make sure that vehicle inventories and appointments are scheduled efficiently. Responsibilities - Customer Service / Loaner Service Representative:
Work with service customers to book appointments for loaner vehicles and manage wait lists.
Call customers when their loaner vehicle is available to schedule pickup
Refer calls to the BDC Service department to follow up with customers as needed
Prepare / ensure that loaner vehicles are cleaned and ready for pickup by customers.
Get newly arriving vehicle inventory ready for showroom or service
Assist with other departments and duties as needed.
Requirements - Customer Service / Loaner Representative:
This is an onsite position
Ability to work some nights and Saturdays as needed
Automotive dealership experience is a plus!
Great ability to multi-task!
Must be reliable
Professional appearance and a positive attitude
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
