This is a startup. Candidates with current or previous startup experience are strongly preferred. Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of professional engineering experience
Strong proficiency in Node.js
Deep experience with event-driven architecture and message queues (e.g. Kafka, NATS, RabbitMQ)
TypeScript or JavaScript expertise
Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or similar)
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Startup mentality: adaptable, collaborative, and hands-on
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience with real-time data processing
Familiarity with social media, content platforms, or community-driven products
Exposure to microservices architecture
Understanding of GraphQL or RESTful API design
