Plumbing Service Technician Job in Laveen, AZ

We are seeking a Plumbing Service Technician with 2+ years of residential service experience. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a strong multitasker, and have excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform repairs on residential plumbing systems, fixtures, water heaters, and other related equipment.
Provide maintenance services and system inspections for existing plumbing systems.
Identify and communicate plumbing issues clearly to customers and recommend appropriate solutions.
Ensure the safety of yourself, your crew, company vehicles, equipment, and customer properties.
Complete service calls independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality work standards.
Serve as a company representative, upholding all policies and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and parts used.

Skills & Qualifications:

2-4 years of residential plumbing service experience.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Knowledge of plumbing codes and safety regulations.
