Role & Responsibilities
Manage, edit, and work on leases and board packages for clients
Respond to client inquiries
Execute marketing/admin responsibilities: create and send out mailers
Create and send out monthly and quarterly marketing material
Input listings into the company's database and ensure that listings are showing up accurately across all portals
Work with marketing on team business plans and growth opportunities
Requirements
Experience with drafting leases
Experience with compiling information for board packages and assembling of board packages
Active New York real estate license
Strong work ethic
Innate ability to multi-task and thrive doing so
Respond to emails in real-time regularly and efficiently
2-5 years in a real estate brokerage assistant or agent role preferred
Hours & Compensation:
Starting salary: $85,000 plus commissions (please list your salary requirements along with your resume)

This is a 40-hour-per-week position but there will be times when emails/etc. come in on weekends, as is par for the course, or leases need to be sent out. Sometimes, that can't wait until Monday. There will be plenty of times during the week, especially during specific seasons, where you'll be able to make up that time to some degree.
