Job Summary: †Serve as the first point of contact for patients arriving at the clinic
†Ensure patients are onboarded and activated on One Medical†s digital health tools
†Support digital engagement efforts by assisting with app activation and education
†Foster a positive patient experience through effective communication and collaboration
Key Responsibilities: †Welcome patients in the clinic lobby and create a positive first impression
†Check and support patients' app activation status, including troubleshooting as needed
†Educate patients on digital health app features and usage
†Answer patient questions and offer one-on-one guidance to promote confident app use
†Collaborate with clinic staff to support coordination and issue escalation
†Document activation progress and share patient feedback with internal teams
†Support digital engagement improvement efforts through accurate tracking and feedback reporting
†Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management
Required Qualifications: †Minimum 1 year of experience in a patient-facing role within a healthcare setting
†Ability to communicate clearly, patiently, and empathetically with a diverse patient population
†Strong organizational and time management skills
†Excellent written and verbal communication skills
†Experience working on collaborative and feedback-driven multi-disciplinary teams
†Ability to adapt and persist through change with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
†Proficiency in computer skills, including typing, internet navigation, use of mobile applications, and working with multiple software systems simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications: †Familiarity with digital health tools or patient portal systems
