Schedule: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Location: Jersey City, NJ
Availability: Weekends may be required
Assist with the training and onboarding of new staff within the program
Implement individualized, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques
Maintain regular communication with supervisory staff
Work under the supervision of a BCBA
Collect and record therapy session data
Coordinate services, staffing, and other operational changes impacting clinic services
Provide 1:1 and group support for students, fostering engagement and academic success
Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
Support parents and providers, connecting them to additional resources as needed
Maintain professionalism, composure, and tact in all interactions

Minimum 1 year of ABA experience
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or current undergraduate studies in progress)
Valid RBT certification required
Prior experience in Case Management or Family Support preferred
Strong computer literacy and documentation skills
Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 per year (based on experience)
